Everything Paper...
Now that we've chosen our destination and location, we're super excited to pick out invitations! We sent our Save the Dates about 10 months out (photos below) and hope to get our invites in the mail before the holidays hit. Originally, we were just going to do flat printed invites, but I just can't ignore my love for letterpress any longer.
Seriously though, when else will I have a reason to order some amazing letterpress? I really think that they would really set everything off and give everyone a sneak peek of whats to come! We have a very specific idea of what we want, something "vintage/old Hollywood that gives a nod to our location, but is not too plain". Simple, right? Maybe not, but it has to be out there somewhere!

I love the black with pops of color... especially on the edges. I heard you can do this with an ink pad....
una celebración del amor
"This day I will marry my friend, the one I laugh with, live for, dream with, love."
"Este día me casaré con mi amigo, el que me río con, vivir, soñar con el amor."

I love Mika78's invitations, and I know that Joel will find them too plain, but I saved them because I like the layout, font, and the overall "vibe" :)
