There will be the baby's breath centerpieces, two small tightly packed red carnation balls and various candles on each table.  

The head table will have two long/low tightly packed carnation arrangements in black containers, and three black vases to put the bridesmaid's red dahlia bouquets in.

I'm picturing interesting shaped, black, vases so that you can't tell they are bouquets.
